Dream Isopods for Sale (Cubaris sp.)
The name says it all: these are an isopod dream come true.
Dreams are unique, shiny, exotic beauties from Vietnam. In certain lights and angles they shimmer with amazing varieties of color, and every one seems to wear its spots a little differently. Fair warning: you may lose track of time staring at them.
Origin: Vietnam.
HPI Preferred Habitat Targets: 72–79°F; supporting relative humidity around 55–70%; keep roughly one-third of the enclosure damp with the rest progressively drier under cover, and provide consistent cross-ventilation. This line prefers warm, humid air without a sealed or soggy enclosure.
Diet: As with most isopod species, their main diet should be lots of leaf litter and decaying wood. Try supplementing with algae, organic fruits, veggies, or other pesticide-free plant material.
Perfect For: Collectors, display terrariums, and anyone who likes a little shimmer in their collection.
Ordering: Priced per isopod, with a minimum of 3 per species. Starting a new colony? We recommend 6–20 (see How Many Isopods Should I Get?). Bulk discounts apply automatically.
