Any new features, products, or tools added to our store are also subject to these Terms.

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any portion of these Terms by posting updates to our website. Your continued use of the website following posted changes constitutes acceptance of those changes to the extent permitted by law.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce platform through which we offer our products and services.

Returns, refunds, exchanges, and live-animal claims are governed by our applicable Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Live Arrival Guarantee.

We make reasonable efforts to accurately display product photographs, colors, descriptions, sizes, quantities, and other characteristics. Actual appearance may vary due to natural variation, photography, lighting, display settings, manufacturing variation, and other factors.

We reserve the right to limit sales or quantities of products or services to any person, geographic region, jurisdiction, household, or order when reasonably necessary.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

Live Animals

Live animals naturally vary in size, coloration, pattern, age, behavior, and appearance. Unless expressly stated otherwise, photographs of live animals are representative and do not guarantee that a customer will receive the exact individual animal pictured.

Unless expressly stated in the product listing, we do not guarantee the sex, reproductive status, future coloration, breeding performance, lifespan, size at maturity, or behavior of individual live animals.

Availability of live animals may change without notice.

SECTION 6 — LIVE ANIMAL LAWS, PERMITS, AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Holy-Poly Isopods LLC ships live animals only to destinations where we determine shipment is permitted under applicable requirements, our current permits, and our shipping policies.

Customers are responsible for complying with any state, local, municipal, housing, institutional, or other requirements applicable to their possession, keeping, use, or release of purchased animals.

Live animals purchased from Holy-Poly Isopods LLC must never be intentionally released into the wild or into an outdoor environment where they may become established unless such release is expressly authorized by applicable law.

Customers may not knowingly provide false shipping information or request that Holy-Poly Isopods LLC ship live animals in violation of applicable laws, permit conditions, geographic restrictions, or carrier requirements.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any live-animal order when we determine shipment may violate applicable law, permit requirements, carrier requirements, geographic restrictions, or our animal-welfare standards.

SECTION 7 — SHIPPING AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses, email addresses, telephone numbers, and other information reasonably necessary to fulfill and deliver an order.

Customers purchasing live animals are responsible for monitoring tracking information and following applicable delivery instructions communicated by Holy-Poly Isopods LLC.

Live-animal shipping dates may be delayed or changed because of temperature, severe weather, carrier conditions, holidays, service interruptions, animal welfare concerns, or other circumstances that could affect safe delivery.

When UPS Hold for Pickup or another delivery requirement is communicated as a condition of shipment or Live Arrival Guarantee coverage, the customer is responsible for arranging and complying with that requirement.

Holy-Poly Isopods LLC may provide instructions or information regarding carrier options, but certain carrier services—including UPS Hold for Pickup—must be arranged by the recipient after tracking information becomes available and cannot necessarily be arranged by Holy-Poly Isopods LLC on the customer's behalf.

We cannot guarantee that UPS or another carrier will approve a Hold for Pickup request, delivery change, redirect, Access Point selection, or other customer-requested service.

Any carrier or third-party fees associated with customer-requested pickup locations, storage, redirects, delivery changes, or similar services are the customer's responsibility unless expressly agreed otherwise by Holy-Poly Isopods LLC.

Customers should promptly notify Holy-Poly Isopods LLC when a live-animal shipment experiences an unexpected delay, delivery exception, tracking problem, or other issue that could affect the animals so that we have an opportunity to assist when reasonably possible.

Carrier delays, delivery exceptions, incorrect-address determinations, weather disruptions, missed deliveries, and other shipping events are handled according to our Shipping Policy and Live Arrival Guarantee.

SECTION 8 — LIVE ARRIVAL GUARANTEE

Our Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG) is governed by the current LAG requirements contained in our Shipping Policy and any shipment-specific requirements communicated to the customer before shipment.

Live Arrival Guarantee eligibility may depend upon factors including delivery method, temperatures, timely receipt or pickup, customer notification, photographs or other documentation, and compliance with any required Hold for Pickup instructions.

Failure to comply with applicable LAG requirements may result in a live-animal shipment being ineligible for refund, replacement, or credit under the Live Arrival Guarantee.

Live animals are not eligible for return under our standard return policy.

Nothing in this section prevents Holy-Poly Isopods LLC, at its discretion, from providing a courtesy replacement, refund, credit, or other accommodation outside the requirements of the Live Arrival Guarantee. Any such accommodation is a goodwill gesture and does not modify our policies or establish an obligation to provide the same accommodation in another situation.

SECTION 9 — ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, limit quantities, or restrict purchases when reasonably necessary.

Restrictions may include orders associated with the same customer account, payment method, billing address, shipping address, household, suspected fraudulent activity, unauthorized resale activity, or attempts to circumvent purchasing restrictions.

If we modify or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you using the contact information provided with the order.

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase, shipping, billing, and account information.

You are responsible for promptly updating information necessary for us to process transactions and communicate regarding your order.

SECTION 10 — OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

We may provide access to third-party tools, applications, payment systems, carriers, or other services that we do not own or control.

Third-party services are subject to the terms and policies of their respective providers.

To the extent permitted by law, Holy-Poly Isopods LLC is not responsible for acts, omissions, outages, errors, delays, or service failures caused by independent third parties.

Use of optional third-party services is at the customer's discretion and may be subject to separate terms, conditions, or fees.

Live Arrival Guarantee claims, shipping claims, returns, replacements, credits, and refunds are governed by the applicable policies posted on our website and any applicable shipment-specific requirements.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Holy-Poly Isopods LLC and its owners, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers, and affiliates from third-party claims arising from your unlawful use of our website or products, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of another person's legal rights.
