PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy applies to products purchased through a purchase option, including subscriptions, recurring purchases, pre-orders, deferred purchases, or other purchase arrangements specifically identified as such at checkout.

Subscriptions & Recurring Purchases

If Holy-Poly Isopods LLC offers subscription or recurring-purchase products, customers may cancel future recurring orders at any time through the account-management method provided with the subscription or by contacting us at info@holypolyisopods.com.

Cancellation applies to future orders and charges and does not automatically cancel, refund, or modify an order that has already been processed, charged, prepared, or shipped.

To avoid the next scheduled charge, cancellation must be completed before that order is processed.

Pre-Orders & Deferred Purchases

Cancellation terms for pre-orders, deferred purchases, or similar purchase options may vary and will be disclosed with the applicable product or purchase option when offered.

Once an order has entered processing, preparation, or shipment, cancellation may no longer be available.

Live Animals

Purchase options involving live animals, if offered, may also be subject to additional shipping, weather, availability, animal-welfare, and Live Arrival Guarantee requirements.

Holy-Poly Isopods LLC may postpone fulfillment of a live-animal purchase when necessary because of weather, temperature, carrier disruptions, holidays, animal availability, regulatory requirements, or other conditions affecting safe shipment.

Refunds

Cancellation of a purchase option does not automatically entitle the customer to a refund for products or services already provided, processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

Any applicable refunds or returns are governed by our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Live Arrival Guarantee, and applicable law.

Changes or Cancellation by Holy-Poly Isopods LLC

Holy-Poly Isopods LLC reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue a purchase option when reasonably necessary.

If we cancel a paid purchase that will not be fulfilled, we will provide an appropriate refund as required by applicable law.
