Politique d’expédition

All Live Animals will be shipped via our Shipping Partner - UPS. We typically ship Live Animals on Monday to avoid weekend delays. To properly care for and distribute these animals, we reserve the right to suspend shipping orders until weather conditions and/or known shipping issues improve (without notice).

Live Arrival Guarantee (LAG)

We pride ourselves on getting these animals to you safely. We offer ~1-2-day shipping in professional packaging (which may include (as needed) utilizing insulated boxes, heat warmers, ice packs, cool packs, and many other methods). We also rely on you, the customer, to do your part in their safe arrival by ensuring they are received in a timely manner (which may include phoning in a friend to bring them indoors promptly). We provide a guarantee on the delivery of our live animals. This guarantee requires you to do your part to bring them indoors as soon as possible.

To receive a LAG (Live Arrival Guarantee) replacement or refund, you must provide photo or video proof of your order arriving dead, not just a message about the delivery status. We reserve the right to investigate further to prevent scams before approving any claims. If we suspect fraudulent activity, the LAG will be denied and your account may be banned from future purchases with Holy-Poly Isopods LLC. Additionally, we maintain the right to refuse service at our discretion.

LAG will be honored ONLY for the following:

  • SHIPPED TO CUSTOMER'S LOCATION - Customers must provide photographic proof of a dead-on-arrival (DOA) animal WITHIN 1 HOUR OF TRACKED DELIVERY when shipped directly to the customer's location. (WE WILL NOT HONOR ANY REPLACEMENT OR REFUND AFTER 1 HOUR as we cannot prove that you left them out in the heat/sun for a long period of time).
  • HOLD FOR PICKUP - Customers must submit photographic evidence of any dead-on-arrival (DOA) animal on the same day the item is available for pickup. (WE WILL NOT HONOR ANY REPLACEMENT OR REFUND after the first day the package was ready to pickup).

Submit all 6 Photos (We require this per UPS Claim Policy and will not honor LAG without them).

  1. Showing how item(s) were wrapped within shipment.
  2. The packaging material used (including any temperature controls used).
  3. Showing the shipping label on package with tracking number clearly visible.
  4. Close-up photo of the box manufacturer’s certificate (round stamp on outside of box - typically on the bottom of package).
  5. TWO photos showing all six sides of the package (one showing top and two sides, another showing bottom and opposite sides).
