How did you come up with some of your graphics?

An independent artist was commissioned to craft our logo, which has since been trademarked and remains our centerpiece.

In creating our website, I felt that it needed some more flavor and shop items besides just isopods. We used a mix of AI and independent artists for our concepts. I get it... some are anti-AI, and that's okay. If AI poses a threat to your work, I understand your concern. Having multiple careers threatened by technology enhancements is something I deeply empathize with. Working in a warehouse for years, distributing camera film, paper, and photo processing chemicals, I faced the shift to digital cameras that led me to seek new opportunities before becoming unemployed. This is where I found myself working in oil refining. My career of 20+ years is at risk due to the shift towards electric vehicles. Regardless of your stance on the matter, my livelihood is in jeopardy due to advancing technology. In my opinion, all we can do is give our best effort and adapt...

If you're still reading, thank you for your understanding. Here is how we crafted our graphics.

Peppers & Pods - I have always had a love for peppers (probably from my dad). We both grow hot peppers and trade seeds. This love for peppers had me dabbling with salsa recipes for a long time before I locked in a Hot & Mild that our family enjoyed. So if you love the spice life, you may like the Peppers & Pods merchandise!

Holy-Poly Rocks!!! - Embracing my past, I rocked in a Heavy Metal band called Busted Knuckles. We conquered stages in Southern California, including Hermosa Beach, Long Beach, Hollywood, and beyond. Even now, I thrive on concerts and my new business!

The Podfather - I used to work for the biggest oil giant at the time. Not sure if I can use the name or not, but they sold our site to another company, so I no longer work for them.... since I am an ex-employee.... technically I am Ex-Mob. The Podfather was created and designed in black and white to echo the old mobster era and my previous career.

SuperPods - Growing up with comics we had to create a daring superhero for the kids. SuperPods emerged to bring excitement and learning about these captivating beings.

The Pest - The U.S. Government considers Isopods as pests. But we believe they're more than that. Meet our tough little bugger who takes offense to the label.

The Angry Monk - Did you know there was an isopod called the Angry Monk? Anyone who truly knows me can attest that I am kind-hearted and generous. While I am not a pushover, I stand up for myself. The Angry Monk is a fitting name for a creature that embodies both toughness and kindness.

Hairy Podder - A humorous take on a well-known wizard now obsessed with isopods. Despite the wizard reference, I'm all about comedy, comedy shows, movies, and good-natured sarcasm. It's a glimpse into my fun and creative side.

In a nutshell, the graphics we created blend fun, creativity, and my life. I hope you find them as enjoyable as I do! ~David Vargas

The end.
